Hey fellows! I am sure you all have planned out what you are going to do and how you are going to spend this brand new year. As for me I have decided that I am going to enjoy every moment of this year. And there is someone else who is going to do the same. Yes, you guessed it right. I am talking about one of my most loved actresses Christina Applegate who plays the lead role of Samantha Newly on the hit television series Samantha Who. The actress who has gone through worst during the last year has reportedly said that she wants to find happiness and joy in the New Year. She compared it to a dying man finding water in a desert. The actress, who was nominated for a Golden Globe for her performance in Samantha Who, has reportedly said that for her getting through the last year was not easy. Many of you might not be aware that the beautiful actress lost her former boyfriend to death and later won a battle with breast cancer last year. Now that she is cancer free she desires to spend more time with friends as well as running which is her favorite hobby.
Christina has been playing the role of Samantha Newly very well. As a hit and run victim who wakes up to find herself a patient of retrograde amnesia, she has been able to win the hearts of millions of people across America. As the series progresses and she comes to learn more about herself she realizes what a cruel person she had been in her preceding life and tries to change that. The series has beautifully depicted how a shrewd, stone hearted and selfish corporate bigwig is bought back to her roots by the interference of her fate. In her new life Samantha desperately tries to rectify the mistakes she has made before she met with the accident. Getting a taste of pain and suffering she has come to realize what other people go through when they are faced with pain. I really love this show and am eagerly waiting for it to return after the midseason break!
