Samantha faces a financial crush and the desperate need for a job forces her to team up with her mother, Regina to open up a real estate business. She is, however, determined to go ahead with the business in a fair way and has decided that no matter what, she will stick to the path of morality.
However, Samantha’s determination and morality are threatened to be blown apart by handsome Owen, who turns out to be her first client. As Samantha struggles to keep to her decision, Owen could end up successfully changing her mind and throwing her off course.
Meanwhile, Andrea, in order to farther her own gold-digging ambitions, tries to use Todd’s disheveled friend Seth, to her advantage. She not only flirts with Seth but also tries to seduce him so that she can get the phone number of a professional basketball player, from him.
The episode featured guest star James Tupper as Owen and guest star Stephen Rannazzisi as Seth.
