Loosing memory means loosing yourself. If you are contradictive of my observation than you have not watched Samantha Who? Samantha, the prime character of this TV show had a hit and run accident, which takes away a considerable part of her memory. She feels lost in the crowd and fails to recognize her parents, friends and associates. She has to start afresh, but I love the attitude shown by the character in the face of difficulties. She sets herself up to draw a beautiful future for herself by erasing her past. I loved her determination and guts to face her past mistakes full on. Not only Samantha recognizes her follies, she gears herself to rectifying them.
I get very perturbed at the notion of losing my memory someday. What would happen then? Would I consider myself as a responsible father, husband and friend even then? Memory to me is the element of partiality that shrouds our brain by constantly building up over a period. It is only practical that memory minus person means an impartial real you. I hope I can realize my mistakes without going through a memory loss myself and keep on reinventing myself to get better in each aspect of life.
I am bemused that why Samantha Who? lasted only two seasons. Nevertheless, I am a smart man as I have snapped the opportunity to download Samantha Who? episodes from this website. I like the dual privilege of downloading as well as watching TV shows online. When I used the services of this website, the fun multiplied in a huge proportion as I got to download stuff that was reminiscent of top notch video and sound quality as found in original DVD’s.
