Kevin Dunn is an American Actor, born in Chicago. His father is John Dunn- a musician and a poet; His mother is Margaret - a nurse. He is the brother of the well known actress/comedian-Nora Dunn. He was honored with doctorate degree by Illinois Wesleyan University in 2008. He was the student of same University and graduated from there in 1977. He is married to Katina Alexander and has one child. He now lives in Sierra Madre, California.
He has played supporting roles in many films since 1980. Some of his films are ‘Small Soldiers’, ‘Godzilla‘, ‘Snake Eyes, ‘Nixon‘, etc. He played the important role of Sandy Berger, the National security advisor of President Bill Clinton, in the miniseries, ‘Path to 9/11′. Currently he is quite well known for his role of “Howard Newly” in ‘Samantha Who“.
In 1996, Kevin was nominated for the ‘Screen Actors Guild Award’ of Outstanding Performance by a Cast for his role in ‘Nixon’.
