Todd Deepler is Samantha’s boyfriend in the entire second season. He lives with Samantha in her apartment. Though, previously she was living with her parents. During the first season it is shown that Todd has a girl friend named Chloe. But when he and Sam realize that they have feelings for each other, he starts an affair with Sam despite being with Chloe.
Later he breaks up with Chloe and Samantha becomes the only lady love in his life. In the end of season two it is revealed that he urged Sam to consider his proposal at a coffee shop and Sam refused. It was after that, when she met with an accident and slipped into coma. This is still a cliffhanger whether Sam will continue relationship with him after these flashbacks due to a pill.

Birth Place- Traverse City, Michigan
Life and Career- He is an American actor best known for his roles in “7th Heaven”, “What About Brian” and “Samantha Who?” When Barry turned eight, his family relocated to Dallas, Texas. There he began his modeling career. He has studied in acting from Dallas Young Actors Studio. His parents divorced when he was fourteen and after one year he shifted to California to concentrate on his acting career. His luck shined and he immediately succeeded in earning a six month contract with “Days of Our Lives”. When contract ended, he went to Texas for graduation from Richardson High School.
At the age of nineteen, he came back to Los Angeles. He initially grabbed guest roles in TV series like “Baywatch” and “Sister, Sister”. Then he got a small role in “Malibu Shores” and this lead him to “7th Heaven” as Matt Camden. He left the series in 2005, but still continued as a guest star. His first movie role was in “Teaching Mrs. Tingle” in 1999. In 2006 he got his popular role as Brian Davis in “What About Brian”. At present, you can watch him on “Samantha Who?” for which he has got nominated for Teen Choice Award.
Once Barry suffered from Hodgkin’s lymphoma, that’s why he disappeared from “7th Heaven” for a short while to undergo treatment. He has married twice. First with Laura Payne- Gabriel in 1996, but soon they got divorced. For second time, he married his high school classmate, Tracy Hutson in July 2006 after dating her since 2003. Currently they are residing in Los Angeles along with their two sons.
